HealthCalcAsia is a small independent project that builds free, private health calculators designed around Asian bodies and Singapore health guidelines. We cover tools for BMI using the Asian standard, calories and TDEE, macros, ideal weight, body fat, waist-to-hip ratio, water intake, heart rate zones, sleep, and more, alongside plain-language guides in our blog. Your feedback is what helps us make these tools more accurate and more useful.

We would genuinely like to hear from you if you have spotted a bug or a number that looks wrong, have an idea for a new calculator or feature, want to suggest a correction or a better source, run a school, clinic, or workplace and have a question about using our tools, or simply want to share how a calculator helped you. Clear, specific messages help us act faster, so where you can, please tell us which page you were on and what you expected to see.
